Instructions
Grill the Halloumi: Heat your grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place the halloumi slices on the grill and cook each side until golden brown. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add Honey and Chilli Oil: Once the halloumi is grilled, drizzle honey and chilli oil over the slices. Let the mixture bubble and caramelize for about 2 minutes, coating the halloumi thoroughly.

Assemble the Flatbread: On a flatbread, spread a generous layer of hummus. Place the hot honey halloumi on top, followed by pickled red onion, fresh coriander, and avocado slices if desired.

Place the sliced red onion in an airtight container.
